Moody's, in their report, have assigned both the Company and the contemplated bond (as announced in separate press release earlier today) a B1 rating, with Stable outlook. S&amp;P, in their report, have affirmed the Company's B+ rating and assigned the contemplated bond a BB rating, with Stable outlook.
