Omda AS (org. no.: 998 138 833) will merge its two wholly owned subsidiaries,
Aygo AS (org. no.: 930 667 404) and Omda Predicare AS (org. no.: 917 350 019),
into itself.
Both subsidiaries have employees.
The merger will not affect the operations of Omda AS, and no consideration will
be issued as the merger follows the simplified rules under the Norwegian
Companies Act for mergers between a parent company and its subsidiaries.
The mergers will be resolved in board meetings on 24.09.2025.
As soon as the merger decisions have been made, Omda AS will publish a
simplified stock exchange announcement providing further details about the
mergers. The signed merger plan will be attached as an appendix to the
simplified announcement.
