In accordance with the EU's Market Abuse Regulation article 19, OrderYOYO A/S (the "Company") hereby notifies receipt of the information reflected in the attached forms relating to transactions in the Company's shares made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

Reference is made to company announcement no. 80-2025 dated 4 March 2025 regarding the transaction agreement entered between the Company and BidCO ApS, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of investment funds managed and advised by Pollen Street Capital Limited to acquire the outstanding shares in the Company.
