Ortivus AB publishes the Annual Report of 2025

We continued to refine our internal processes and procedures and recorded one-off costs of SEK 7.4 million during the year. With an improved gross margin, from 35% in 2024 to 40% in 2025, and a profit increase of approximately SEK 3 million, we see clear signs that our work is starting to deliver results.
Building for the future
With the successful launch of the next-generation ambulance patient record and monitoring system, MobiMed 5, we have strengthened our position in the Swedish market and reinforced our global presence through contract extensions with customers in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Northern Ireland.
We address a fundamental paradox in ambulance services: transforming the vehicle from a “black box” into a source of strategic decision support and operational insight. This is achieved through our solution, MobiMed ePR, in combination with the MobiMed Interactive Audit System. Together, these solutions enable more efficient healthcare delivery, increased care capacity, a higher and more consistent standard of care, improved resource utilisation, reduced variation in care, and, most importantly, better patient outcomes. This development is driven by our proactive adoption of technological shifts in AI and iOS, positioning us as a leader in prehospital care. With a scalable platform, strategic presence in markets including Australia, and a clear growth strategy for the APAC region, we are now transforming prehospital data into measurable insights and look forward to advancing the global standards of care.
