Oslo, 25 February 2025 - The board of directors of Panoro Energy ASA ("Panoro" or the "Company") today declares a cash distribution of NOK 0.684 per share (representing a cash distribution to shareholders of NOK 80 million).

Payment date: On or about 12 March 2024
