Peptonic Medical AB (publ) ("Peptonic") announces that board member Tarek Shoeb is leaving the board at his own request.
Tarek Shoeb has today, Tuesday, August 11, 2026, informed the company that due to new external engagements, he can no longer represent Peptonic's board and is thus making his seat available. The board would like to express its gratitude to Tarek for his time as a board member and valuable insights and ideas. The resignation means that there will be a vacancy on the board, which, however, remains quorate. The board will immediately begin the process of finding a replacement in order to ensure that the board is complete.
