The board would like to thank Tybring-Gjedde and Kielland for their considerable contribution to the Company during their directorship. Following the resignations, the board of directors will consist of chair Joseph Kamal Iskander Mina, and board members Jarle Norman-Hansen and Azza Samir Fawzi.
