Postipalveluiden oikaistu käyttökate parani merkittävästi, huolimatta osoitteellisten kirjeiden määrän laskusta ja Postin aiemmasta päätöksestä päättää osoitteettomat markkinointipalvelut. ”Jakelumallimuutosten onnistunut toteutus, resurssien optimointi ja korkea lajitteluautomaatioaste vahvistivat segmentin tulosta merkittävästi”, Jääskeläinen toteaa.
