<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Prisma Properties plans to develop a new retail center of approximately 6,000 square meters in Osby - Skåne county, Sweden. Long lease agreements have been signed with Axfood for the establishment of a Willys store and with Dollarstore. The leases are for ten years and the total annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 6.8 million upon completion.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The project strengthens Prisma Properties' presence in southern Sweden and meets the growing demand for accessible and affordable retail. The new retail destination will be strategically located at the entrance to Osby, with high visibility and good accessibility from national highway 15. As part of Prisma Properties' sustainability strategy, the installation of fast charging for electric vehicles is also planned.</p><p>Detailed planning for the area is underway and is expected to be adopted in the fourth quarter of 2025. The necessary ground preparation will begin in 2026, with construction scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2027 and completion in the first quarter of 2028.</p><p>"We are delighted to be able to bring more discount retail to Sweden, this time in Osby.
