Prisma Properties enters partnership with Avalor - laying the foundation for continued growth in Finland
Prisma Properties has signed a portfolio management agreement (PMA) with Avalor Oy, an independent real estate investment and management company specialising in the retail sector.
In accordance with the agreement, Avalor will support the development of Prisma's presence in the Finnish market, with responsibility for property operations, facility management and acquisition support, where Prisma intends to build a modern and high-yielding property portfolio in the long term.
Prisma's Head of Property Management, Per Nilsson, says in a comment: "Through the agreement with Avalor, we strengthen our presence and our opportunities to grow in a market where we do not yet have an established organisation. Avalor is a player with recognised competence in property and portfolio management, and their experience and local market knowledge will be valuable for Prisma's continued growth in Finland."
