<div class="mfn-body"><p>In February ProfilGruppen informed that an acquisition process regarding an extrusion operation in Poland have been initiated.</p><p>A Polish subsidiary, ProfilGruppen Spółka z. o. o, has now been established. The subsidiary entered into a lease agreement in March, which includes the production facilities and employs approximately 80 personnel from the previous operation. The previous operating manager, Dorota Spychała, will be the managing leader on site. The operation is located in Wałcz, 220 km southwest of Gdansk.</p><p>Production and delivery of aluminium profiles from the Polish subsidiary of ProfilGruppen has recently been initiated.</p><p>The acquisition is still dependent on the reconstruction process, and we do not control the timeline and decisions for this.</p><p>ProfilGruppen will use its unique possibilities and complementary resources to re-build and develop the Polish business. Several of our customers and suppliers already have businesses in both countries.
