Record and payment dates for Kreate Group Plc’s second dividend instalment for the financial year 2022
In the Annual General Meeting of Kreate Group Plc held on 29 March 2023, it was resolved that based on the balance sheet verified for 2022, a dividend of EUR 0.46 be issued per share for shares held outside the company at the time of dividend distribution. Furthermore, it was decided that the dividend is paid in two instalments. The first instalment of EUR 0,23 per share was paid on 12 April 2023. It was resolved in the Annual General Meeting that the second instalment shall be paid in October and Kreate Group Plc’s Board of Directors shall decide on the dividend record date and payment date in its meeting in September.
The Board of Directors has on 25 September 2023 resolved in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting that the dividend payment date for the second dividend instalment of EUR 0.23 per share shall be 4 October 2023. The ex-dividend date for the second instalment shall be 26 September 2023 and dividend record date 27 September 2023.
