Mielestäni positiivinen merkki, että emission järjestäjänä on SEB. Ainakin oma mielikuvani on, että SEBillä on kohtalaisen hyvä träkki emissiomarkkinalla ja onhan kyseessä joka tapauksessa iso pankki jolla on laaja reach. Eri asia olisi jos olisi joku “putiikki” järjestämässä, esim. Pareto, Arctic tms.

We interpret this as a strong signal that the company is close to securing long-term funding on improved terms.                             Redeye kommentoi Smart Eyen selvittävän 300 miljoonan SEK:n vakuudettoman senior-joukkovelkakirjalainan liikkeeseenlaskua. Tulkintamme mukaan tämä on vahva merkki siitä, että yhtiö on lähellä pitkäaikaisen rahoituksen varmistamista parannetuilla ehdoilla. The proceeds from the issuance of the Bonds shall be used to (i) refinance existing debt, and (ii) finance general corporate purposes (including transaction costs and acquisitions).
