<div class="mfn-body"><p>Logistea AB (publ) wishes to remind its shareholders that, in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association, shareholders have the opportunity to request the conversion of Class A shares into Class B shares during February and August each year. Requests for conversion must be made in writing to the Board of Directors of Logistea AB using the form named&nbsp;<em>“Application for Conversion of Class A Shares to Class B Shares in Logistea AB”</em>, which is attached to this press release and available on Logistea’s website:&nbsp;<a rel="noopener" href="https://logistea.se/en/investors/conversion-of-shares/">https://logistea.se/en/investors/conversion-of-shares/</a>.
