Resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Eniro Group AB (publ)
Eniro Group AB (publ) today held an Extraordinary General Meeting which decided to approve three agreements with Azerion.
The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved, inter alia, as follows:
1. Approval of the following three agreements with Azerion Technology B.V.
- Display agreement
- Cloud hosting agreement, and
- Cloud hosting service agreement
