<div class="abstract"><p><span>RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ) ("RBV") has received inquiries from market participants following the press release issued on 25 June 2025, regarding Swemar Invest Corp's ("Swemar") decision to waive its entitlement to subscription warrants. It has become clear that the intention behind the decision may have been partially misunderstood.</span></p></div><p><span>We would therefore like to clarify that Swemar's decision was a deliberate step to enable existing RBV shareholders to fully benefit from the warrant program. This is also expected to contribute positively to liquidity in the share by allowing for a broader distribution among market participants.</span></p><p><span>"We welcome Swemar's decision to prioritize our current shareholders, which strengthens the conditions for long-term ownership and improved share liquidity," says Dagfinn Lunde, Chairman of RBV.</span></p><div></div>
