Errors occurred in the formatting of the press release upon publication, such as the placement of the headline and the merging of language versions. The press release is otherwise unchanged.&nbsp;Due to the previously communicated reverse acquisition, RightBridge Ventures Group AB (publ) ("the Company" or "RBV") has been under observation status on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. As the acquisition of Equity Maga Ltd., which is changing its name to Swemar Invest Ltd., represents a material change to the Company's operations, a new listing process for RBV on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is required.&nbsp;The Company's continued listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market requires a new listing process, which will be initiated as soon as possible.
