The three largest shareholders in terms of votes as of September 30, 2025, shall each appoint a representative to form the nomination committee together with the chairman of the board.</p><p>Nomination committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting consists of:</p><ul><li>Björn Alsén, nominated by David Mindus</li><li>Erik Salén, nominated by Salénia Holding</li><li>Frida Olsson, nominated by The Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund</li><li>Staffan Salén, Chairman of Board of Directors of Sagax</li></ul><p>Björn Alsén was elected chairman of the nomination committee.</p><p>Information about the work of the Nomination Committee is available at <a rel="noopener" href="http://www.sagax.se/">www.sagax.se</a>.
