Sandvikin tilauskirjat ovat pullistuneet sekä kauppa käy kivasti, mutta tulos jäi ilmeisesti vähän odotuksista ja kannattavuus laahaa yhä tavoitteesta. Huomenna olisi Sandvikin Q2 julkistus ja sen mitä olen firmaa seurannut, se on aina pärjännyt hyvin kun mineraalien hinnat ovat ylhäällä. Kaivostoiminnan aktiivisuus on lähes suoraan verrannollinen raaka-aineiden hintoihin ja näin ollen odotankin loistavaa tulosta ja valoisia näkymiä. Alaa ei pitäisi tällä hetkellä painaa talouden hiljentyminen juurikaan. Kakkoskvartaalille osui myös tuo poikkeuksellisen iso tilaus Usaan, mikä edellisessä viestissä mainitaan. Huomiona myös, että Sandvik rekryää Suomeen koko ajan isolla kädellä lisää työntekijöitä, joka kertoo näkymistä. Selkeästi merkittävin kilpailija Epiroc julkaisee oman tuloksensa perjantaina. Tulee luultavasti olemaan hyvä sekin.

Pieniosa Sandvikia mutta kertoo siitä että suomessa tehdään alan kärkiosaamista.

Itse tykkään katsoa Ev/revenue lukua (tosin ehkä liikaakin). Ruotsalaiset on kalleimmat, Metso on näitä  halvempi. Jenkki Terex on sitten Metsoa vielä noin kolmanneksen halvempi, ja tätä vieläkin halvempi on Robit. Mutta Inden analyytiikon maininta, että Metso on verrokkeja halvempi, ei ainakaan ev/revenue luvulla.  Terex tosin antoi tulosvaroituksen syyskuussa ja jota pidettiin negatiivisena myös ruotsalaisille.. The first phase was launched in June, and today Sandvik announces the second phase of these measures. The estimated annual savings from these measures is about SEK 105 million. It is estimated that by end of 2027, 100% of the run-rate savings will be realized.
