SANNA HOVILA APPOINTED HONKARAKENNE VICE PRESIDENT, PEOPLE AND COMMUNICATIONS AND MEMBER OF THE EXECUTIVE GROUP
Sanna Hovila (M.Ed.) has been appointed Vice President, People and Communications of Honkarakenne and a member of the company’s Executive Group as of 9 October 2026. She will be responsible for the Group’s human resources management and communications. In her role, she will report to Honkarakenne’s President and CEO.
Hovila has worked at Honkarakenne as HR Director since 2021. She has more than 20 years of experience in HR roles and in developing HR functions in support of the business. Before Honkarakenne, Hovila worked at Atria as Recruitment Manager and in HR specialist roles.

The decisions affect the everyday work of every employee, which is why human resources management and communications belong in the Executive Group. Sanna has strong expertise and insight in personnel matters and in developing our culture. As a member of the Executive Group, she will ensure that the employee perspective is included in decisions from the very beginning and that they are communicated clearly,” comments President and CEO Magnus Hindström.
