Mr Daniel M. von Stockar, Mr Beat Alex Curti and Mr René Gilli (together, the
"Shareholders") announces that they, with effect from 17 September 2026, have
terminated their cooperation in relation to their respective direct and indirect
shareholdings in SoftwareOne Holding AG (the "Company"). Following the
termination, the Shareholders consider that their respective shareholdings and
voting rights in the Company should no longer be aggregated for purposes of
major shareholding calculations.
Prior to the termination, the Shareholders' aggregated holding represented
39,158,264 shares and votes in the Company, corresponding to approximately
17.71% of the shares and votes in the Company.
Following the termination, each Shareholder holds shares and votes in the
Company individually as follows:
- Mr Daniel M. von Stockar holds 17,654,218 shares and votes in the Company,
corresponding to approximately 7.98% of the shares and votes in the Company;
- Mr Beat Alex Curti holds 9,031,853 shares and votes in the Company, through
its holding company Curti AG, corresponding to approximately 4.08% of the shares
and votes in the Company; and
- Mr René Gilli holds 12,472,193 shares and votes in the Company, corresponding
to approximately 5.64% of the shares and votes in the Company.
