Solstad Offshore ASA (SOFF) is pleased to present its financial results for the
first quarter of 2026.
CEO Lars Peder Solstad states:
"We delivered a quarter with solid financial performance, driven by strong
contributions from our joint ventures and associated companies. While two
vessels were between contracts, activity levels improved compared to Q4 2025 and
support a positive outlook for the remainder of 2026."
· Total Adjusted EBITDA of USD 34 million in the quarter compared to USD 30
million same quarter last year
· Normand Tonjer entered into a 225 days firm contract including mobilization
to Asia Pacific, contributing to a total order intake of USD 28 million in the
quarter
· Intention to distribute cash dividend for Q1 2026 of USD 0.1/share, totaling
USD ~8 million
· After quarter end, Normand Maximus has been awarded a LoI for a 2-year firm
period commencing in Q1 2027 with 1 optional year thereafter
