"Company") announcement of the second quarter and first half 2025 results, the
Company's board of directors has proposed the distribution of a cash dividend on
the basis of the Company's annual accounts for 2024, to be resolved by an
extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be held on 11 September 2025.
