(Oslo,19 June 2025) Spotlio AS (Spotlio, Euronext Growth Oslo:SPOT) reported
revenues of USD 1.9 million in the fourth quarter of financial year 2024/25,
ending 30 April 2025 and revenues of USD 7.3 million for the financial year
2024/25 also ending 30 April 2025.
The Company reported an EBITDA of USD -0.3 million for the quarter and USD -1
million for the financial year resulting in a significant improvement in
comparison to the EBITDA of USD -3.9 million in prior year. The Company had a
cash position of USD 0.9 million as per 30 April 2025.
In April 2025, Spotlio AS secured a 12-month renewal of the senior debt facility
agreed in April 2024 under the same conditions as the previous agreement. This
facility is now scheduled to mature in April 2026.
