Stainless Tankers - Key information relating to cash dividend

The board of directors of Stainless Tankers ASA (the "Company") has resolved to
distribute a dividend in the amount of USD 0.50 per share. The resolution has
been made by use of the authorisation granted by the Company's annual general
meeting on 22 May 2024.
Dividend amount: USD 0.50 per share
Announced currency: USD. The distribution will be made in NOK
Last day including right: 9 May 2025
Ex-date: 12 May 2025
Record date: 13 May 2025
Payment date: on or about 2 June 2025
Date of approval: 7 May 2025
Other information: The total dividend amount consists of the regular quarterly
dividend of USD 0.275 per share and a special dividend following the sale of the
Marmotas and Monax of USD 0.225 per share. The distribution will constitute a
repayment of the Company's paid-in capital.
