Nomination committee's recommendation of Board members for the election period
2026-2027 to the Annual General Meeting.
The Nomination Committee of Storebrand ASA has unanimously decided to nominate
the following as board members for the election period 2026-2027:
Jarle Roth (existing chair)
Martin Skancke (existing vice chair)
Christel Elise Borge (existing member)
Viveka Ekberg (existing member)
Janne Flessum (existing member)
Benjamin Kristoffer Golding (existing member)
Line M. Hestvik (existing member)
The election of the Board of Directors will take place at the Annual General
Meeting of Storebrand ASA on 9 April 2026.
