Strategic review of Relesys A/S

The Board of Directors of Relesys A/S ("Relesys" or the "Company") has decided to initiate a strategic review. The strategic review shall evaluate funding options and ownership structures to allow the Company to execute its expansion plans and accelerate growth.

Chairman of the Board, Alexander Thomas Martensen-Larsen, says:

"During the last couple of years, Relesys has strengthened its operational platform with increased focus on enterprise customers, entered new markets, optimized the customer base and continued its international expansion. On this basis, it is natural for us to analyze the next steps in the Company's strategic development and as such we have initiated a strategic review of Relesys' options to accelerate growth. We look forward to supporting both current and new clients around the world in growing and optimizing their business by delivering market-leading solutions to engage and unite their employees across multiple work functions and locations."

Relesys has not set a definitive time schedule to complete this review.

Relesys' financial outlook for 2023 is unchanged from the interim report for the first 6 months of 2023.

Relesys does not intend to make further announcements regarding the review unless it concludes that such are warranted by the circumstances or are expressly required by law or by stock exchange rules.
