Tangiamo–Manserio Alliance Secures SEK 8 Million iGaming Platform Contract
Tangiamo Touch Technology AB (“Tangiamo” or the “Company”; NGM Nordic SME: TANGI) announces that its strategic partner Manserio Holding Ltd (“Manserio”) today signed a twelve-month agreement with a European iGaming operator that has asked to remain unnamed at this stage for confidentiality and competitive reasons. Under the operator agreement Manserio will deliver its full iGaming platform and provide operational services, including licensing, managed services and reporting tools.
The agreement is expected to generate approximately SEK 8 million in platform-service revenue for Manserio during the first twelve months, assuming player activity is consistent with the operator’s current marketing reach. Tangiamo’s own revenue—derived from its separate PAM-licence agreement with Manserio dated 30 December 2024—is currently estimated at up to about SEK 2 million; the final amount will depend on implementation scope and other operational factors. Tangiamo’s income will comprise operational and development fees plus an indirect share of Manserio’s variable platform revenues through Tangiamo’s equity holding.
As announced on 30 December 2024, Tangiamo will receive new Manserio shares as payment for the PAM licence, raising its ownership to more than 50 percent and making Manserio a consolidated subsidiary of the Tangiamo Group. Completion of the share issue is a priority for both parties and is expected during Q2 2025, subject only to final documentation and customary corporate formalities.

Phased implementation starts immediately and commercial go-live is targeted for Q3 2025. The agreement renews automatically, providing additional upside potential and long-term revenue continuity.
Tangiamo and Manserio entered into a strategic partnership as previously announced on December 30, 2024 when Tangiamo licensed its PAM system to Manserio for SEK 11,5 million. As disclosed previously, Manserio intends to launch additional B2B agreements and its own B2C brand later in 2025.
