Taru Kovanen appointed General Counsel and Member of the Management Team of Framery

Framery Group Plc has appointed Taru Kovanen (b.1986) as the company’s new General Counsel and member of the Management Team. She will take up her position in June, 2026 and will report to CEO Samu Hällfors.

Taru Kovanen joins Framery from Siili Solutions Plc, where she has served as General Counsel since January 2022, overseeing the Group’s legal affairs and compliance. Previously, between 2013 and 2021, she worked as an attorney at Krogerus Attorneys Ltd, focusing especially on advising listed companies, capital markets transactions, and M&A.

Kovanen has extensive experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, corporate governance, as well as mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
