<div class="abstract">Reference is made to the notification by Techstep AS on 6 May 2022 regarding having signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of Crypho AS.</div>Following the transaction, Karbon Invest AS has agreed to sell its 33.50% shareholding in Crypho AS and subscribe for 123,579 new shares in Techstep ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 3.25 per share (based on 90-day VWAP).Karbon Invest AS is indirectly controlled by chairman of the board in the Company, Jens Rugseth. Karbon Invest AS is directly controlled by Rugz AS and Rugz II AS (together referred to as "Rugz") and Rugz is directly controlled by Mr. Rugseth.Following completion of the transaction, Karbon Invest AS will hold 21,927,928 shares in the Company, entailing an increase in ownership to approximately 10.44% of the outstanding shares in the Company.Please refer to the attached notification of trading for further details.This information is subject to disclosure requirements article 19 number 3 of MAR and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act section 5-12.
