TELESTE AGREES ON IMPROVED TERMS FOR ITS SYNDICATED LOAN
Teleste Corporation has on 22 May 2026 agreed with its lending banks on amendments to the terms of its syndicated loan.
The agreed amendments include lower loan margins, reflecting the company's strengthened financial position, as well as increased guarantee limits to support the company's business growth.
