Terveystalo on vuonna 2001 perustettu suomalainen terveyspalveluyritys. Yhtiö tarjoaa monipuolisia perusterveydenhuollon ja erikoissairaanhoidon sekä hyvinvoinnin palveluja yritys- ja yksityisasiakkaille ja julkiselle sektorille. Jussi Halme on tehnyt videon Terveystalosta  Onko Terveystalo ajautunut hiljaiseen alamäkeen, vai onko markkina ylireagoinut tilapäiseen kysyntäkuoppaan? Terveystalon osakkeen arvostus ei ole kasvanut kahdeksaan vuoteen, ja Q4-raportin jälkeen analyytikot ovat viilanneet ennusteitaan alas. Silti yhtiö takoi vuonna 2025 kovan tulosparannuksen ja ehdottaa muhkeaa 0,64 euron osinkoa.  Miksi liikevaihto laskee, mutta tulos paranee?   Mitä 88 miljoonan euron Hohde-kauppa tarkoittaa strategialle?   Onko vuoden 2026 ohjeistus merkki välivuodesta?   Onko 12,5 P/E-luku halpa defensiiviselle yhtiölle? Terveystalon tarina vuonna 2025 on kertomus markkinan heikkoudesta, mutta samalla kurinalaisesta kulukontrollista ja vahvasta kassavirrasta. Onko kyseessä “putoava puukko” vai harvinainen hetki ostaa laatuyhtiötä kohtuuhinnalla?

ja laskutti työnantajaa puolen tunnin soittoajasta? Työnantajalla kun ei ole mitään keinoa saada tietoonsa että mitä soitto on koskenut ja kauanko se on kestänyt, salassa pidettäviä asioita.

Soittelevat ihan ulospäinkin työterveyden asiakkaille ja myyvät “tarjous tarkastuksia”. Hyvä että myyvät. Muuten läheltä kyllä seurannut, että työterveys kuluissakin kiristetään rahahanoja yrityksissä. Sieltä voi aika pienillä muutoksilla pudottaa käyntejä pois, ja nämä näkyvät varmaan jonkun verran tuloksessa lähikvartaaleina. Pienistä puroista, myös käänteisti.

Kilpailu kyllä kiristyy edelleen; anekdoottina kerrottakoon seuraava: Soitin Mehiläiseen siirtääkseni sovittua puhelinaikaa (ei voinut muuttaa netissä) ja aspa hoiti asian hyvin ja ystävällisesti. Lopuksi henkilö tiedusteli, miten olen järjestänyt hammashoitoni ja tyytyi vastaukseeni, että olen Oralin tyytyväinen asiakas. Näin se upselling ui suomalaisiin firmoihinkin!
