Terveystalo on vuonna 2001 perustettu suomalainen terveyspalveluyritys. Yhtiö tarjoaa monipuolisia perusterveydenhuollon ja erikoissairaanhoidon sekä hyvinvoinnin palveluja yritys- ja yksityisasiakkaille ja julkiselle sektorille. Yhtiön terveyspalveluiden palveluvalikoimaan kuuluvat yleislääketieteen ja erikoissairaanhoidon palvelut, diagnostiikkapalvelut, päiväkirurgia, suunterveyden palvelut ja muut liitännäispalvelut. Terveystalon valtakunnallinen verkosto kattaa noin satoja toimipaikkoja eri puolilla Suomea, jonka lisäksi toimipaikkaverkostoa täydentävät ympärivuorokautiset digitaaliset palvelut.

Tää ei oo mikään ihme alalla oleville, täysin odotettavissa. Jos Kela65 käynnin kokonaiskorvaus 100e ja Terveystalo ottaa jopa 60e välistä, niin kuka ammatinharjoittaja haluaa tehdä tuollaista vastaanottoa kun korvaus on 40e ja aika on Terveystalon/Mehiläisen/Pihlajalinnan toimesta laitettu 20min joka on liian lyhyt aika. Kela65 on hyvä kokeilu, joka toimii tosi hyvin pienillä ja ketterillä asemilla. Saat 100e rahaa, josta ihan marginaalisesti menee kuluihin. 30min vo:lla kun otat näitä 2kpl/h niin ihan kelpo korvaus se on. Isoilla taloilla surkeaksi tehty konsepti kaikinpuolin: sekä asiakkaalle että ammattilaiselle. Lisäys:  Roni, kommentoit näin: “Arviomme mukaan haasteina käyntimäärien kasvattamiselle ovat muun muassa tarjonnan kasvattaminen sekä erityisesti kokeilun tunnettuus yli 65-vuotiaiden parissa.” Isoin ongelma on yksinkertaisesti se, että harva lääkäri haluaa noin surkeilla ehdoilla tehdä tuota työtä mitä Terveystalo tarjoaa. Ei siinä ole oikein mitään sen kummempaa.

Raportista lainattua:  Arviomme mukaan haasteina käyntimäärien kasvattamiselle ovat muun muassa tarjonnan kasvattaminen sekä erityisesti kokeilun tunnettuus yli 65-vuotiaiden parissa.  Tarjonnan kasvattamisen haasteena on juurikin se, että valinnanvapauskokeilu ei ole yhtään houkutteleva ammatinharjoittajalle. Valinnanvapauskokeilu itsessään kyllä jo alkaa olla tunnettu niille, jotka sitä haluavat käyttää.

Tässä on Ronin kommentit siitä, miten 65 vuotta täyttäneiden valinnanvapauskokeilun määrät ovat jääneet pieniksi.  Terveystalon ensimmäisen kolmen kuukauden Kela65 valinnanvapauskokeilun volyymit ovat pysyneet maltillisella tasolla, eivätkä käynnit ole vielä lähteneet kasvuun ensimmäisen kuukauden tasoilta. Nykyisillä volyymeilla kokeilun suorat vaikutukset Terveystalon lukuihin ovat arviomme mukaan vielä pieniä. Seurannassamme oleva Pihlajalinna on myös mukana valinnanvapauskokeilussa. Yhtiö ei raportoi kokeilun käyntimääriä, mutta arvioimme kehityksen suunnan olleen isossa kuvassa samansuuntaista Terveystalon kanssa. Ko. palkkiomalli koskee artikkelin mukaan työterveys- ja vakuutusasiakkaita, joita kumpaakaa ei toimistomaksut koske.

Suhteellisesti kyllä, mutta absoluuttisesti palkkio pysyy samana 10-20 min ajoissa. Kyllähän tuo lisää Terveystalon ansioita olettaen että ammatinharjoittajat eivät siirry kilpailijoille. Jos 20 min aikoja menee enemmän kaupaksi päivän aikana, niin jokaisesta lisäkäynnistä kilahtaa myös toimistomaksu Terveystalon kassaan. Samoin jos 20 min aika ei riitä potilaan asioiden hoitoon, voidaan laskuttaa käytetyn ajan mukaan (eli esim. 25 min käynnistä kirjauksineen on legit veloittaa 30 min hinta), niin nyt tuo on pois ammatinharjoittajalta.

The new Digital Care organisation will be responsible for the production of digital doctor and nurse services, digital occupational health, customer steering, AI Care solutions, and the customer service centre. Siivonen will move to a new position after serving as the Chief Commercial Officer of the AI governance company Saidot since 2023.
