The Board Engages Jörgen Eriksson as Strategic Advisor in Ongoing Business Restructuring
The Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Jörgen Eriksson as Strategic Advisor to the Board.
In connection with the ongoing transformation of Valuno’s operations, the Board has engaged the Company’s former Chief Executive Officer, Jörgen Eriksson, to support the restructuring process in a strategic advisory capacity.
The advisory mandate comprises two principal areas:
- To leverage Eriksson’s international network within the financial markets to accelerate the expansion of Valuno’s business volumes across both existing and new business segments; and
- To conduct a comprehensive review of the Company’s organizational structure and technology platform, with the objective of enabling scalable volume growth without a corresponding increase in the cost base.
This engagement forms part of the Company’s broader initiative to strengthen its commercial execution capabilities and to ensure that the organizational model supports sustainable and capital-efficient growth. An initial assessment indicates that business flows of approximately EUR 1.5 million per day can be onboarded in the short term, with significant stablecoin-based payment flows within trade finance expected in the medium term.
Jörgen Eriksson served as Chief Executive Officer of Valuno Group AB (publ) during the period 2018–2020, a time characterized by the Group’s most extensive business expansion and clear strategic positioning. Under his leadership, the Company achieved substantial development of its operations and market presence.
He has extensive experience in financial services, fintech, and institutional development, with particular expertise in capital formation, payment infrastructure, and cross-border financial markets. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions within regulated financial environments and has served as a strategic advisor to financial institutions and growth companies on matters relating to expansion, corporate governance, and the development of scalable business models.
