<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>The Swedish Competition Authority has announced that it approves Storytel Group's acquisition of Bokfabriken and that there are therefore no obstacles to completing the deal.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>On January 31, 2025 Storytel Group acquired a majority stake of 70 percent in Bokfabriken, one of Sweden’s largest general publishing publishers.
