Toivo has sold a 101 apartment residential portfolio to fund managed by Storebrand

Toivo Group Plc has completed a transaction in which it has sold the entire share capital of Asunto Oy Espoon Rock and Asunto Oy Espoon Wood & Terrace to Storebrand Nordic Real Estate II (SNRE II), a fund managed by Storebrand, Norway’s largest and oldest investment manager.

The transaction concerns a modern, recently completed residential property complex located in Espoo’s Saunalahti district, comprising a total of 101 apartments. The properties benefit from excellent transport connections and represent high‑quality, energy‑efficient new construction in line with Toivo’s strategy. The deal was executed as a share transaction. The total transaction value is below EUR 20 million.

The fund SNRE II, established in October 2025, is a Nordic real estate fund focused on high‑quality assets with long‑term return potential. The acquisition is part of Storebrand’s expansion into the Finnish market. Sirius Capital Partners is responsible for the management of the properties.
