<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>As previously communicated by press release on 4 October 2024, Maximum Entertainment AB is in arbitration with former CEO Christina Seelye and former COO Thierry Bonnefoi who are claiming in total USD 7,756,300 and SEK 36,814,459 related to earn-outs for the acquisitions of Maximum Games, Inc and MG Team, Inc.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Maximum Entertainment AB has now filed its statement of defense denying the entire claim.
