<div class="abstract">In 2021, Catena established an MTN program (Medium Term Notes). Catena has now updated the prospectus for the MTN program.</div>30 May 2025, 9.30 a.m. CEST Catena has updated the prospectus for issuance purposes in the Nordic capital market. The framwork amount in the program will increase from SEK 5 billion to SEK 8 billion at the same time which enables a continued flexible and effective funding of Catena's growth strategy. The updated prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA/Finansinspektionen) today, 30 May 2025. The prospectus is available on Catena's website <a href="https://www.catena.se/">www.catena.se</a>&nbsp;and on SFSA's website <a href="http://www.fi.se">www.fi.se</a>.The prospectus is valid for 12 months from date of approval and is the basis for Catena's issuance of bonds under the MTN program.Swedbank remains the arranger of the MTN program and is appointed as dealer together with Danske Bank, SEB, Nordea Bank and Handelsbanken.
