Valoe Oyj on vuonna 1948 perustettu suomalainen teknologiayritys, joka on erikoistunut aurinkosähköteknologiaan. Yhtiö liiketoiminnan tärkein oivallus on keskittyminen aurinkopaneelin taustajohdinteknologiaan ja sen kehittämiseen. Yhtiön pääkonttori on Mikkelissä, jossa Valoella on myös tehdas ja aurinkovoimalaitos.

No se on kyllä tosiaan puhdas pöytä. Itse en näe, mitä ostamista tai yleensäkään arvoa Valoen nimellä, brändillä, tai tuotannon laitteilla mahtaa olla. Yhtiö on tehnyt koko olemassaolonsa ajan tappiota, eikä merkittäviä kauppoja ole saatu aikaan.

Hyvin junailivat Savcor Oy,  Siellä pojat nyt istuu  valmis puhdas pöytä  . Toivotaan että moni taho lähtee kyseenalaistaan näitä toimia.  Pj Valoe  jo kehui kuinka pojat pääsee uuteen  alkuun ylpeänä hymyillen . Liiketoimintakielto olisi vähintä mitä tälle joukkiolle pitäisi asettaa.

Heh. Kirjoitin tänne pitkä aika sitten, miten koko Valoe on pelkkä huijari “yhtiö”. Viestini poistettiin. Eipä sen väliä. Poistamista toivoneet, ja poistanut henkilö saavat laittaa Valoeen niinnpaljon rahaa kun haluavat. Nämä henkilöt tuskin tulevat kertomaan julkisuuteen, miten menettivät koko sijoituspääoman. Katsokaa vaikka “firman” osakkeen kehitystä sen alkuajoista lähtien niin pääsette jyvälle. Sitten sijoittajat esittävät itselleen kysymyksen, että kuinka monta osakeantia tämä firma on tehnyt vuosien saatossa, ja mitä osakeanneillä kerätyillä rahoilla on saatu aikaan. Nyt vain veikataan, milloin tämä viesti liputetaan sijoittajien toiveesta. Onko maanantaina klo 08.01?

Olipa uutinen. Eli johdon uusi yritys osti Valoen konkurssipesän? Saadaankohan me sijoittajat tästä kaupasta mitään vai menikö vain velkojille?

No niin, tuhkasta nousee… mikähän lintu…?   Eli konkka oli vain kuoppa pitkällä matkalla, johon kaatui vain sijoittajat, mutta ei itse yritys. Mielenkiinnolla seurataan edelleen.

Seuranta päättyy sattuneesta syystä. Valoe tiedotti maanantaina, että yhtiö on asetettu konkurssiin. Mm. autoihin ja elektroniikkaan integroitavia aurinkoenergiaratkaisuja kehittänyt yhtiö on pyrkinyt hakemaan suojaa velkataakaltaan hakeutumalla yrityssaneeraukseen jo vuoden 2023 joulukuusta alkaen, mutta toiminnan jatkon edellyttämää rahoitusta ei ilmeisesti ole löytynyt. Lopetamme osakkeen seurannan konkurssipäätöksen myötä.                   Inderes              Valoe ajautui konkurssiin ja seuranta päättyy - Inderes    Valoe tiedotti maanantaina, että yhtiö on asetettu konkurssiin.
