Vow Green Metals hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM),
originally scheduled to be held on 18 June 2025, will be postponed to 25 June
2025.
The postponement is due to the ongoing transaction process related to the
recommended voluntary tender offer from HitecVision. In light of this, the Board
of Directors has resolved that it is in the best interest of shareholders and
the Company to defer the AGM until the transaction process has progressed
further.
