Vincit expands its executive Leadership Team

Vincit Plc is expanding its leadership team, appointing the heads of its business areas, who have served as part of Vincit's extended leadership team, to its executive leadership team. The change is a result of the company's strategic development and its goal to enhance decision-making and further strengthen the role of key personnel in the company's management. The appointments will take effect on July 1, 2026.

Following the acquisition of Data Clinic Oy’s business operations, announced in May 2026, Vincit will combine its existing SAP Core ERP and data businesses into a new Core, Data & Analytics business area. In line with Vincit's strategy, AI is a key and integrated part of the offering across all business areas.

The new, appointed leadership team members and their roles are as follows:

• Suvi Albert (MA) joins the company's leadership team and will serve as Business Director of the new Core, Data & Analytics unit. She has been the Business Director of Vincit's SAP Solutions & Core Processes unit since February 2025.
• Riku Kärkkäinen (M.Sc. (Tech)) joins the company's leadership team and continues as Business Director of the Composable Commerce unit. He has been with the company since 2017 and in his current position since 2025.
• Jarno Rikama (M.Sc. (Tech)) joins the company's leadership team and continues as Business Director of the Digital Solutions unit. He has served in this position since January 2026.

As of July 1, 2026, the company's leadership team will consist of the following individuals:
