Vincit initiates change negotiations concerning temporary layoffs in Finland
Vincit initiates change negotiations concerning possible temporary layoffs in accordance with the Act on Co-operation in Undertakings. The change negotiations concern Vincit's billable personnel at all Finnish locations.
The change negotiations will begin on December 1, 2025, and are estimated to last for the minimum period required by law. The exact scope and duration of possible temporary layoffs will be specified during the change negotiations.
