Oslo, June 30th 2023: Reference is made to the announcement May 15th 2023
regarding Volue ASA's agreement to purchase 100 per cent of Enerim Oy's energy
services division at a value of EUR 30 million settled in cash.
All conditions related to the agreement are met, and the transaction was closed
today.
