Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today completed a share program for employees.
As part of the program, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will transfer 11 964 own
WWI class A shares to employees. Following completion of the transaction, Wilh.
Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will own 663 078 WWI class A shares and 190 025 WWIB
class B shares.
Shares have, with some limitations, been offered at a 25 per cent discount to
employees who are tax resident in Norway and employed by a Norwegian subsidiary
owned with more than 50% by Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA. The maximum amount
which could be subscribed for has been set at NOK 20 000 per employee.
The deadline for subscribing for shares was today, 10 September 2026, at 16:30.
The share purchase price under the program has been set at NOK 824.6075 per
share, equal to the weighted average price for WWI class A shares traded in the
market during the 27 August to 10 September subscription period. A total of 519
employees participated in the program.
