30,531 new shares in Inderes Oyj registered in the trade register in accordance with the employee share savings plans
The new shares related to Inderes Oyj's employee share savings plans have been registered on May 26, 2026, in the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
As a result of the registration of a total of 30,531 new shares, the total number of all registered shares in the company is 1 785 663 shares. Trading with the new shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland begins tomorrow, May 29, 2026.
The purpose of the share savings plan is to strengthen the commitment of all employees to the company's long-term development and to strengthen the company's attractiveness as an employer. The company's board of directors believes that the plan has a positive impact on the company's development in the future and is therefore in the interest of the shareholders.
