During this period, Settevik will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Company. Myhrstad will be available for handover and support as needed.</p><p>The Company’s strategy and expectations remain unchanged.</p><p>Chairman of the Board, Kim Mikkelsen, comments: “I am pleased that Ole Morten has stepped in to support the Company during this interim period.
