stock exchange announcement regarding the successful placement of an additional
EUR 10 million of the Convertible Bonds.
As disclosed in said stock exchange announcement, the Company will convene an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders to seek a resolution to
approve the issuance of the Convertible Bonds.
