Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 4 November 2025 by
Airthings ASA ("Airthings") regarding an unconditional mandatory cash offer (the
"Offer") by Firda AS (the "Offeror") to acquire all outstanding shares (the
"Shares") in Airthings not already owned by the Offeror.
The Offeror has on 24 November 2025 received acceptance of 107,507 shares of
Airthings at a price of NOK 0.10 per share. In total, acceptances have been
received for 281,415 shares. Upon completion of the settlement, the Offeror will
hold 416,851,599 shares, corresponding to approximately 41.71% of Airthings'
outstanding shares and voting rights.
