000 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA at an average price of NOK 76,61 per share
through his wholly-owned investment company KMMN II Invest AS. The shares were
acquired on Oslo Børs. Following the transaction, Johansen holds a total of 1
125 837 shares in Aker BioMarine ASA.
