Reference is made to the ordinary general meeting of AMSC ASA (under liquidation) (the Company) held on 24 April 2025, where the general meeting resolved to liquidate the Company. The Company's board of directors has in accordance with the Norwegian Public Limited Liability Companies Act section 16-9 resolved to distribute a liquidation dividend to its shareholders in the amount of NOK 1.481 per share (NOK 106 430 344 in total).
Following distribution of the liquidation dividend and subject to approval of the liquidation settlement by the Company's extraordinary general meeting to be held on 30 October 2025, the Company will have no remaining assets and will be finally liquidated.
